BIKES RIDE ALONG THE COAST

Take a ride with the guests bikes ! Ride along te 14km of fitness path near the apartment ! You’ll be able to visit Sainte-Marie, the nearest town and it’s church. Further east, Sainte-Suzanne will welcome you with its tresures : waterfalls and city.

Cirque of Salazie
Registered in the UNESCO, the circus of Salazieoffers a natural environment adn beautiful creol villages. It’s a green paradise with tons of waterfalls. A must do around the apartments.
La Vanilleraie
The Grand Hazier domain is one of the agricultural domain of the island and is located in Sainte-Suzanne, 20 minutes far from the apartment. You’ll discover all about vanilla. Built in the XIXth century, it was the domain of Joseph Desbassayns.
Niagara Falls
This wonderful waterfall is 20 minutes far from the apartment in car, in Sainte-Suzanne. It is very impressive after rainy days. Niagara falls are the latest fall of the Sainte-Suzanne river. Great place for pic nic.
Architectural & Cultural Heritage
If you’re in love with beautiful creol houses, take a look to the cultural and architectural heritage of La Reunion in St-Denis, along the “Rue de Paris” and in Hell Bourg. You will be amazed by the traditional Hindu Temples of St-André and the beautiful church of St-Anne, registered in the historical monuments. La Reunion Island will cater the taste of culture lovers.
Sucrerie de Bois-Rouge and Distillerie de Savanna
A visit to the sugar factory takes visitors deep into the fantastic world of the metamorphosis from plant to sugar. Linked to the Bois-Rouge sugar refinery, the Savanna distillery reveals the secrets of the meticulous production of great rums in the cellars, ending with tastings at the Tafia & Galabé boutique.
Discovery of the "Gou Lontan" (Traditional Gastronomy of La Reunion)
In the heights of St-Anne, Philippe Morel will harmly welcome you to discover the traditional gatstronomy. During this day, you’ll taste the traditional breakfast and a guided tour of the field between pineapples and sugar cannes. Enjoy the traditional cary in served in a banana tree leaf and the traditional aperitif. An amazing moment.
